Tensile Test Sample Preparation Has Never Been Easier

Preparing repeatable, high-quality tensile test specimens is now touchscreen simple. In one compact, self-contained unit, the state-of-the-art TensileMill CNC MINI® combines the precision of CNC milling with simple, preprogrammed, memory-driven touchscreen input. Meet the requirements of ISO, ASTM, JIS, DIN, and more with the most advanced tensile specimen test mill ever made. Anyone who can operate a touchscreen can quickly create consistent, precise and reliable dogbones from material up to 304.8 mm square and 12.7 mm thick.

Simplest operation ever. The cost-effective TensileMill CNC MINI® replaces time-consuming, highly technical CNC programming with simple dimension entry. Just enter the measurements you need in the blanks on an intuitive touchscreen (or call them up from memory or from the included library) and our revolutionary pre-programmed Carbon® software takes over. In seconds, the American-made controller engages a water-cooled 24,000-rpm machine spindle and multiple high-powered servos to make short work of extremely precise tensile test sample preparation. Your sample is ready for testing within seconds. Never has ASTM tensile test specimen preparation been so fast, easy and accurate.

The TensileMill CNC MINI is designed with the operator in mind. No training, programming or advanced coding in tedious and outdated CAD or CAM is required. The operator just calls up specs from software memory or manually fills in the blanks provided on the touchscreen. Every dimension entered is saved in the Carbon software for quick access. And despite its small size, the TensileMill CNC MINI is built to last; linear rails mounted atop a heavy cast iron frame insure precise, repeatable accuracy.

Grows with you. Fully-integrated upgrades provide conversion to our powerful and intuitive full CNC control system (still with Carbon software interface). The many possibilities include a 21" touch screen, 64 Gb of storage, WiFi, Ethernet, 4 Gb of RAM, USB ports, 254 tool offsets and more "pure" CNC functions and features. Plus, Carbon software can access the same popular industrial CNC software (MACH4) used to control professional CNC functions. New features are constantly under development for our Carbon software, and can be included into every TensileMill CNC system at no extra cost.
